Engineer as road maintenance manager for Dillenburg and Solms (m/f/d)

In this key position, you take over the management of two road masters and contribute significantly to the performance and safety of our transport infrastructure in the Central Hessian Lahn-Dill circuit. You combine technical engineering expertise with leadership and actively and forward-looking the road service. This means in detail: Together with the management, You are responsible for and conduct the personnel on both road masters. Ensure work protection and optimize work processes continuously You develop and implement the annual work plans and carry out pre- and post-calculations Your responsibilities include the control and monitoring of tasks and the use of resources for the road operations service. You have a completed university degree (FH Diploma / Bachelor) in the field of Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Transport Engineering or a comparable qualification For the professional and service management of the street masters, you will bring well-founded engineering knowledge in the street industry desirable in particular knowledge of road entertainment, road and traffic law, nature and landscape protection or waste management In addition, you have business expertise and ideally multi-year leadership experience You have a very good oral and written expressability in the German language (comparable level C1 CEFR) You have a valid class B licence
