In this role, you act as an economic savings partner for management and actively support the financial management and the further development of the companies of the Asmodee Germany Group. The focus is on business and commercial controlling, modern reporting and BI solutions and the further development of controlling processes in an international environment. Business Controller for the Commercial Team of various Business Units of the Asmodee Deutschland Group Responsibility for all controlling relevant activities as part of the monthly accounts of the respective companies Creation of annual budgets and regular forecasts including upload in HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) Central contact person for the management team as well as the executives of the departments in all business matters Development, maintenance and optimization of existing Excel and Power-BI dashboards and management reports in close cooperation with the departments Replacement of new and integration of existing reporting & tools for the companies of the Asmodee Deutschland Group Proactive development of existing controlling processes and the conception of new controlling instruments Support for local and international projects and independent project management for local projects

Your profile: Qualifications Complete study of business management with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a consumer goods, commercial or gaming industry Found experience in sales and/or business controlling, preferably in an international corporate environment Professional & personal skills Very good knowledge of HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and MS Excel Very good, practical knowledge in Power BI Experience in the use and professional development of an existing BI reporting system High IT affinity and interest in data-driven control models Very strong analytical skills and a structured, systematic way of working High commitment and strong enforcement capability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed communicative skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
