You take responsibility for the new and further development of analytics software for the three-dimensional testing of microchips

You lead a team of software developers, scientists and system integrators professionally

You agree on project tasks and moderate meetings to solve problems and conflicts

You build cooperation with ZEISS-internal expert groups, external suppliers and development partners and manage cooperation

You create reports on status, results and planning of projects or subprojects for management or for external partners and communicate them in the form of presentations

You have an above-average degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or a comparable subject

You have the ability to form a strong team and motivate the project staff

You have several years of experience in managing product development projects and very good knowledge in project management, ideally proven by appropriate training or, for example, a GPM certification in project management

Knowledge and experience with agile procedures such as Scrum or Scaled Agile methods

Ideally, you have knowledge of software architecture and software development processes
