As an assembly and production assistant in the plastic sector (m/w/d), you work at a clearly structured workplace with varied tasks relating to assembly, production and quality control. The application is designed for the location on site and offers direct entry into production.

• You support the assembly and pre-machining of plastic parts and make sure that the work steps interlock cleanly.
• You prepare individual components for further processing and transfer them to the next production step.
• During ongoing production, you keep the material flow in mind and help to ensure a smooth process.
• You control finished parts on visible errors and pay attention to consistently good quality.
• Order and cleanliness at work are part of your work so that you can work safely and efficiently.
• Depending on the application, you can also support the team during easy packaging, sorting or providing material.

We are looking for

A reliable assembly and production aid (m/w/d) is being sought, which practically works with it, works carefully and feels comfortable in a production environment. For this role, you fit well when you are physically resilient, speak well German and provide readiness for shiftwork.

• First experience in production, assembly or in the industrial environment is helpful, but no need.
• You work reliably, attentively and keep you clear.
• Physical resilience is important as work is active and crafted over a long time.
• Good knowledge of German will help you to understand instructions and communicate with the team.
• Working time: use in the 2- or 3-layer model.
• Layer models: Ready for 2- or 3-layer work is a prerequisite.
• A separate car is an advantage so that you can reach the location flexibly.
