Conception and implementation of adhoc analyses using SQL to answer customer-related questions Definition of relevant CRM-KPIs to measure and make visible developments of our customers and our customer loyalty program in all countries Analysis of customer holdings in different countries and showing potentials and monitoring of CRM KPIs to derive appropriate action needs Set up A/B tests in close cooperation with the operating CRM team and analyze the results for the continuous optimization of the campaigns.
