• Processing of customer orders: complete order processing, repayments, billing or issuing vouchers
• Monitoring logistical processes to maintain timely delivery for our customers
• Ensuring the telephone and written flow of information with our suppliers, external service providers and customers
• Control of a proper flow of goods
