As a working student in the award examination, you help us develop processes and documentation, prepare knowledge clearly and accessible and bring new digital solutions into practice. You will get insights into different technical and organizational topics and can also focus on current developments such as the use of AI applications. You'll be practicing our field-internal wiki and make sure that information is up to date, clear and user-friendly. You update existing test documents and support us in ensuring complete and high-quality documentation. You research professional, organizational and process-related questions and prepare your results in a structured manner. You support the development of suitable applications and related documentation for the introduction and use of AI applications. You will participate in the further development and optimization of existing processes and will gladly introduce your own ideas. You support the creation and revision of work instructions, standards and process documentation. You carry out organizational and administrative tasks and support managers in day-to-day business.

You are immatriculated in a legal, economic or economic study program. You are interested in processes, examination and documentation topics as well as digital solutions. Knowledge of procurement law is helpful, but no need. You can quickly work into new topics and enjoy researching, structuring and preparing information in a comprehensible manner. You work carefully, structured and reliable and have a look for details. You like to work independently, introduce your own ideas and take responsibility for your tasks. You are safe in dealing with common Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel, and have a pronounced IT affinity. You have good written expressability, are communicative and are happy to work in the team. For cooperation in our business environment, you have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
