TheGFO Kindergarten St. Anna in Hünsborn is a modern and family-oriented institution that provides space for the individual development of currently 51 children in three groups. With us, the children find a valuable environment that supports their personal development and promotes their creativity, self-employment and social skills.

For our kindergarten we are looking for a motivated and qualifiedPedagogical staff / educator (m/w/d), who enjoys lovingly and competently promoting children in their development. In an open and dedicated team, we offer space for educational co-design, personal development and lived appreciation in everyday life.

SUPPLEMENTARY ACTIVITIES (M/W/D):

• Monitoring, monitoring and targeted promotion of the individual development of children
• Close and trustworthy cooperation with colleagues
• Documentation of children's learning and development progress
• Regular exchange with parents to ensure the best possible support for children
• Participation in the further development of our facility and the GFO nurseries
• Active team design and pedagogical everyday life

• State-recognized degree as educator:in, nurse:in, health care and child caregiver:in, medical education/teacher or comparable qualification
• At least six months of practical experience in a children's daycare facility or a higher education or training Education
• Knowledge or interest in prevention and intervention
• Team skills, reliability and empathy
• Identification with Franciscan values: openness and affinity
