Your area of responsibility includes checking and processing of health insurance claims You control and evaluate medical documents and invoices and check incoming doctor's requests carefully You take care of the refund according to GOÄ/Gebührenordnung and are also responsible for the processing of resignations and changes in the contract In daily exchange, you will treat customers, doctoral practices, clinics and service providers both by phone and in writing and will assist them competently. You have a successfully completed insurance business training, a comparable commercial training with a medical background or a similar qualification Alternatively, you have experience from medical practices, PVS accounting or medical accounting Knowledge of GOÄ accounting is advantageous A good understanding of medical issues allows you to safely evaluate and classify relevant information Embossed intermediary and customer-oriented thinking belongs to your strengths You convince with high loadability, commitment and communication skills
