Senior Software Developer Dynamics 365 Business Central (m/f/d)

Technical overall responsibility: You take the end-to-end responsibility for solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - from architecture to design to technical implementation.

Advice at eye level: You carry the technical responsibility for our business-central solutions, advise our customers at eye level and meet relevant architectural and technology decisions. You support customers and internal consultants in solution architectures, expansion strategies and the targeted use of technologies - according to the “Standard first” principle.

Efficient development: You design and develop complex extensions in AL and ensure a high technical standard through code reviews, quality assurance and performance optimization.

Integration & Process Optimization: You plan and implement integrations and interfaces (e.g. Web Services, APIs, Azure Services) in hybrid system landscapes and thus contribute significantly to the optimization of business processes.

Upgrades & Migrations: You control upgrades and migrations (e.g. from NAV to Business Central or from On-Premises to Cloud/SaaS) including the creation and implementation of technical migration concepts.

Mentoring & further development: You coach developers in the team, actively participate in best practices, development policies and tooling, driving the technical development of our business-central portfolio. You actively support the team in its technical and technical development.

Experience with Business Central / NAV: You have at least two years of experience in the development and design of solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV - ideally in multiple end-to-end projects. AL you can master safely, work routined with Visual Studio Code and the BC development stack and know the BC architecture very well both on-premises and in the SaaS world.

Strong technical foundation: You have extensive experience in integration scenarios with C#/.NET, REST and SOAP web services as well as relational databases (e.g. SQL Server).

DevOps in everyday life: Azure DevOps is more than a buzzword for you: You use repos, pipelines and boards in practice and establish modern development processes such as CI/CD, meaningful Branching strategies and automated testing.

Customer focus & communication: You can explain complex technical content in a comprehensible way and work together with specialist areas - also in presales situations and in workshops.

AI competence: You use AI tools in your field, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi using potentials from AI. Working methods & languages: You work independently, solution-oriented, and you actively contribute to the team. You like to share knowledge with others. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
