Your tasks include: Assistance in the management area Ambulance with focus on practical management Organisation and administration of the private office Termine coordination of investigations and speech-time appointments, pre- and post-processing of files and digital file maintenance Communication with internal and external interface areas (e.g. cost centers) Preparation of documentation for billing non-invasive function diagnosis: EKG, long-term ECG and lung function Order, administration and issue of office materials

You have a completed training as MFA, former doctoral assistant or doctor helper, or as a nurse Ideally, you can present well-founded, multi-year professional experience in outpatient and practice management or have several years of experience in the administration of patients You have well-founded knowledge of non-invasive functional diagnostics, e.g. EKG, long-term ECG, lung function and knowledge of blood collection You have very good SAP and MS Office skills are IT-affin A high level of resilience, sense of responsibility, flexibility, professionalism, organizational capacity, self-responsibility, team capacity, loyalty and ability to co-operative cooperation Communication skills, friendly and service-oriented behaviour towards patients, relatives and visitors and very good ways of handling also belong to your strengths Very good German and good English skills complete your profile Please note that the enrolled office is unfortunately not suitable for doctors without approval, as it is exclusively for MFAs and nurses.
