Process Safety Engineer - Bopfingen (m/f/d)

Analysis and assessment of safety risks in chemical production processes, as well as the associated storage and filling processes Coordination and cooperation in PAAG/HAZOP analysis and other safety assessments Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. fault case regulation, operational safety regulation, hazardous substance regulation, REACH, ATEX, WHG) Creation of safety concepts and emergency plans to prevent accidents Support for ad and approval procedures Implementation and coordination of audits and training for employees Development and implementation of measures to continuously improve process security Ensuring functional safety according to SIL (Safety Integrity Level) and implementing appropriate measures Documentation and reporting on security issues

Completed studies (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) in process engineering, chemical engineering, security technology or a comparable discipline At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the chemical industry or a related area Knowledge of the relevant topics, in particular: fault law, printing systems, ex-protection, hazardous substances, water protection (AwSV), test management (SAP), polymer chemistry Experience in the implementation of PAAG/HAZOP studies and other safety analyses, e.g. the design of pressure relief devices Safe handling of relevant standards and standards (e.g. DIN EN 61511, ISO 45001) Experience with functional safety (SIL) and implementation of safety-related systems Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
