For the department ''AIR SIGINT Embedded SW'' at the Ulm site, we are looking for a Software System Architects (m/d) The department is responsible for defining and developing complex software systems for airborne education. In the role of the Software System Architekten (w/m/d), you are responsible for the definition and development, as well as supporting the integration and acceptance of a software sub-system for airborne education systems. Here you will develop solutions with interdisciplinary team taking into account costs, quality and time.

Analysis of customer and system requirements incl. Transfer to technical concepts for embedded software solutions in the SIGINT area Creation of SW Use Cases for Airborne SW Reconnaissance Systems and Removal of Software Requirements for the Components involved Creation and documentation of SW architectures for complex distributed SW systems including detailed definition of SW interfaces Technical responsibility for the implementation of complex SW sub-systems and technical coordination of all necessary SW engineering activities incl. the development activities of subcontractors Practical support for technical analyses in the event of problems during integration, verification and testing Active participation in customers Workshops within the scope of development projects incl. Presentation of complex technical relationships Technical evaluation of make-or-buy decisions regarding software components Mentoring and coaching of the software development teams

Complete study of news technology, computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or comparable Long-standing practical experience and sound knowledge as SW developer and/or SW architect in particular of complex distributed systems in challenging development projects Enforcement, responsibilities and motivation Analytical thinking and a high degree of readiness Experience in dealing with MatLab Extensive experiences in DOORS and Rhapsody Architect Knowledge in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Flowing German and English skills
