The Digital Transformation Team at Uniper's Business Controlling supports the business unit to take advantage of digitalization to be a strong, reliable and fast business partner for Uniper's diverse business functions. Be part of our energy evolution! The following exciting and demanding tasks are part of the role:

• Supporting the team in designing, prototyping, creating and operating state-of-the-art interactive and informative reports and dashboards for performance management and financial management on the PowerBI platform

• Act as Sparing's partner for our colleagues on all questions about the Microsoft Power Platform (including PowerBI, PowerApp and PowerAutomate)

• Provide support and knowledge in the area of digitalization and digital tools for internal stakeholders within the business unit

• Help the team in internal stakeholder communication and from time to time with other administrative, mostly project-related tasks

• Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Consulting, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics or the like

• Practical professional experience with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Power Platform Toolbox, especially Power BI, PowerApps and PowerAutomate. Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or Qlik are beneficial

• Affinity and proven know-how in the areas of Information Technologies and Data Analytics/Science in the business environment, in particular with regard to (big) data warehouse solutions (e.g. Oracle, Snowflake, Microsoft Cloud) and related programming languages (e.g. SQL, DAX, Python)

• Passion for operational excellence, agile work and business transformation

• Good in stakeholder and process management as well as analytical thinking

• Proactive ability to work together in different environments

• High self-responsibility, flexibility and durability

• Excellent communication skills (English a must; German of advantage) and enforcement

• Availability for at least 10 months; ideal for 12 months or longer
