You conduct conceptual customer consulting of knowledge and solution databases as well as self-service solutions such as chatbots You provide our knowledge management product suite with its different modules for large companies and medium-sized companies worldwide and adapt it to the needs of our customers, e.g. AI integrations You accompany our customers: in the implementation process with presentations and workshops You work closely with the developer team, sales and product management

You have completed your studies in business informatics, technical BWL, computer science, software engineering and well-founded professional experience with the introduction of standardized software solutions You bring experience in Java and HTML and are familiar with different database systems You have fun working on new topics and show your own initiative and willingness to learn You have communication strength, team spirit and customer orientation Very good English skills and readiness to travel complete your profile
