Regional new customer acquisitions in the areas of practices, established specialists and specialized health centres Construction of a network in the established area Analysis, selection and implementation of acquisition projects by strategic orientation and objectives Individual and targeted negotiations with target groups Transfer of acquired new customers to colleagues in the Coloplast-Homecare external service team Development, imple­mentation and support in the implementation of new strategies for target group approach in the outpatient field and accompanying projects Controlling key figures and deriving and implementing measures

Successfully completed vocational training as nursing, health care or care professional Ideally completed additional training in the areas of uro, stoma, and/or continuous management Multiannual professional experience in the field of nursing and relevant sales and external services experience in health Secure expertise in the indication and supply areas with focus on continuous supply Sales specialist with a prominent network in the field of established urologists in combination with fun and passion for acquisition Commercial interest and basic numerical understanding as well as MS Office knowledge Target-oriented and reliable mode of operation, coupled with high operational Flexibility, ready to change and ready to travel
