You are the first respondent to all the concerns of our volunteers in the medical service and in the protection of the population. You create and maintain the service plan for 5-10 general staff as well as volunteer staff and ensure a reliable service. You support the service planning of volunteers and the same availability, qualifications and requirements. You maintain the database of our helpers and manage the application and service planning software. You process the billing of the cost compensation correctly and in time. You support the regional readiness management and the field management in the organisation of the operation and in the general administration. You contribute to the work of staff in major medical services and in disaster prevention.

You have professional experience in managing organizational units. Ideally, you already have practical experience in the medical service and are familiar with the procedures, service planning and operational practice. If you do not yet have the willingness to acquire a medical training or a medical qualification. Additional qualifications for operational and management tasks in civil protection and experience in staff work are advantageous. You work structured, carefully and independently and keep an overview even in challenging situations. The safe handling of IT and common office software is of course for you. You face people with appreciation and fairness, convince by communication strength and empathy. An open feedback culture is of course for you: you give and take constructive feedback and make incorporation processes active and reflected.
