Process control: You organize and accompany the production of our products and take over the operational management of the team in the absence of your leadership. Planning and coordination: They support the creation of shift and holiday plans, document production processes and ensure a smooth flow of information. Plant management and monitoring: They operate our production facilities, monitor the processes and independently intervene in faults or small repairs. Compliance with quality and safety standards: You pay attention to compliance with all relevant requirements - from occupational safety to environmental protection - and actively support your colleagues' training.
