Assessment of legal changes You evaluate legal changes, develop proactive strategies for future audit and quality of care in hospital management; derive appropriate measures and ensure their implementation. Consulting, committee work & policy evaluation You evaluate professionally the guidelines of the Joint Federal Committee, prepare recommendations for action and actively cooperate in internal bodies and boards. Case management & DRG accounting You are responsible for case management in the case of key issues concerning encoding, settlement and settlement system for stationary hospital treatments. Furthermore, you support the development and adaptation of vulnerability rules and processing instructions as well as the subsequent quality check of already completed cases. Regulatory control & cross-departmental cooperation You review and develop the rules; you are also in close cooperation with other departments.

You have a completed university degree, for example in the field of health management, law or a comparable degree course. Ideally, you can also rely on training for social security specialists (SOFA) or comparable knowledge in social security. You are safe in dealing with statistics and their evaluation, have very good methodological knowledge on strategy development, strategy implementation and quality of supply. You have the ability to identify relationships between different information and processes and derive necessary measures from them. You will be happy to take responsibility for your topics, edit them in a targeted manner and actively contribute to the team. You stand up confidently, are strong in communication and always keep your goal in mind. Skills and experience in project management are also desirable.
