In our Talent Acquisition product team, we develop innovative concepts and strategies to modernly, efficiently and customer-orientedly design the IT processes around REWE, PENNY and our central areas. We implement these with SAP solutions such as SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

You take responsibility for the analysis, design and implementation of requirements of the specialist areas to the systems for personnel production. From technical implementation of new requirements to user support (3rd level) and troubleshooting, you will ensure smooth operation of our systems. You actively advise the specialist departments and find innovative solutions for the technical implementation and further development of the recruiting systems. In the introduction and further development of modern personnel recovery technologies, you develop, monitor and document project progress and manage project risks. You design interface management through the compilation and address-oriented processing of information as well as the translation of customer requests in IT requirements. You proactively promote topics and deal with innovations.
