You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Center of Excellence department in the field of Business Performance Controlling You actively shape the transformation process for our new business performance controlling division and ensure the construction and strategic development of your department Establishing process management with effective processes in cooperation with business controlling and other areas of expertise Development and merger of the control-relevant information base for the area and business units Development of new controlling tools and procedures for optimized corporate management Active interface and request management in the context of data availability, reports and implementations towards IT as well as networking to relevant business areas You are responsible for the department's topic and resource planning in the daily business as well as for special topics
