You take over the management of the property building contracts in the construction, technology and properties department of the LMU Klinikum and bear the responsibility for the care of national and EU-wide construction procurement procedures. In addition, you will support the Bau and the Head of Division in the further development of the “Vergabe” area.

You are an architect, civil engineer or economic engineer (m/w/d) with a focus on the field of construction. You have expertise in procurement law and comprehensive knowledge of national and European procurement regulations, including relevant laws, regulations and directives (e.g. VOB, VgV, HOAI). You have knowledge of contract management. This includes the creation, negotiation and management of contracts in the construction sector. You bring your own initiative, reliability and sense of responsibility for your tasks. You have IT competencies in handling relevant software applications and digital platforms for award procedures. You are distinguished by communication and team skills and have very good German knowledge in word and writing (level C2 to GER). You work carefully to ensure that all relevant aspects are taken into account and the award procedure is carried out correctly and completely.
