Your tasks as a merchant for dialogue marketing:

• Telephone and written customer advice and support
• acceptance and processing of orders
• Data acquisition and maintenance in the system
• Informing customers and interested parties about the company's products and services
• Determination of needs and potentials for future requirements
• Arrangement of consulting appointments with customers and interested parties

Your knowledge and skills:

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification

• First professional experience in the dialogue marketing area of advantage, professional or cross-enterers are also welcome
• Affinity for customer-oriented thinking and action
• Excellent communication skills through very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Joy in handling people, flexibility and resilience
• Organisational and negotiation skills
