Own creation of the offer calculations in the raw building Assessment of tender documents for our construction projects and creation of performance registers with quantity determination, also via 3D model Implementation of price requests for follow-up and supplier:in consultation with your colleagues from the procurement department. Development of variants and special proposals Support for colleagues from the technical departments such as work preparation, BIM, LEAN in procurement negotiations Implementation of quality and sustainability standards in the calculation phase Mentoring and coaching by the young employees in the calculation and consulting of colleagues from the other engineering departments

Your competencies are a successfully completed study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or comparable technical training, e.g. construction technicians:in with experience in supply calculation relevant professional experience in construction calculation OR in construction or project management good knowledge in dealing with MS-Office as well as in a billing and calculation program (ideally RIB iTWO) a good technical understanding and sense of responsibility for economic success Enforcement, team capacity and independent and careful working This is what awaits you with us!
