Leadership & Team Development: You co-ordinate and develop staff as a manager:in the team travel costs / secondary activities and control the operational processes. Process optimization: You analyze the processes associated with the team's work tasks and continuously develop them in order to increase efficiency. Experience: You have multi-year leadership experience and a strong competence in the leadership and motivation of teams. Qualification: A completed study (min. Bachelor level), ideally focusing on management, administration or law. Expertise: Basic knowledge of public travel costs and secondary activity law is desirable, but no condition – your leadership skills and ability to penetrate complex processes are more important.
