For our office in Hamburg we are looking for Teamlead (m/w/d) and tax the real estate management for institutional clients together with your team

You take over the commercial team management in Property Management for institutional clients and develop modern, digital processes for increasing efficiency. You lead your team with energy and shape a future-oriented, efficient way of working. You are the central contact person for professional clients and investors and build long-term, trusting relationships. You optimierst processes in rental contract management, including rental adjustments, terminations and master data maintenance. You tax external service providers and accompany modernization and maintenance measures. You work closely with internal teams such as Technical Property Management, Rental and Accounting. You keep an eye on market developments and bring innovative impulses to the further development of our company. You yourself enter a small, exclusive property stock to be close to the operational topics of your colleagues.

You have a completed training in the real estate industry, ideally with additional qualification, or a study in the relevant field. You have several years of professional experience in real estate management with a focus on residential properties and have experience in dealing with institutional clients. Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience. You are a personality with strong communication strength, high service orientation and joy in working with people. You have a high digital affinity, are passionate about modern, efficient processes and ideally have experience with Wodis Sigma/Yuneo, ImmoOffice and/or Casavi. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and attach great value to high quality standards and respectful handling.
