Projektmanagement As a project developer of houses and apartments, we design living spaces – and take responsibility for the quality of our construction projects. In quality assurance, our construction design meets the high quality standards of Bonava – from raw construction to extension. If you have technical expertise, have a good eye for details and want to actively shape construction quality, then you will be part of our team.

You plan, implement and monitor procedures and procedures for quality assurance in the systems – from planning to execution on our construction sites You carry out instructions from our employees and subcontractors to the quality standards in the structures You collect, investigate and evaluate vulnerabilities in your expert activity You introduce improvements and monitor their implementation You work closely with all project participants and agree to technical questions

Studies in civil engineering, building engineering (HLSE/TGA) or a comparable subject Professional experience in planning, construction or quality assurance, ideally in housing construction Safe handling of relevant standards, guidelines and technical regulations readiness to nationwide missions (approx. 5–10 days per month) Own-sponsored, structured functioning as well as pronounced communication and team skills
