You assume the overall responsibility for our shipping area and lead a team of around 30 employees. This ensures smooth, cost-optimized and timely delivery – nationally and internationally. You are the central interface between production, planning and logistics and are actively driving the further development of our processes. Responsibility for the disposition of all shipping orders (national / international) Control of the Tour Planning for Private and Foreign Transport Park Coordination of interfaces between production, loading, shipping and planning Leadership and further development of a team of about 30 employees (2 teams) Ensuring delivery deadline accuracy and compliance with legal requirements Optimization of shipping processes, freight costs and service provider control Developing process standards and building a tour controlling

Completed training or studies in the field of forwarding / logistics Multiannual professional experience in disposition, fleet management or shipping leadership experience as well as pronounced communication strength Good knowledge of ERP and Transport management systems Organisational strength, enforcement and cost awareness Structured and solution-oriented operation Very good language skills (German, ideally also French / English)
