You are responsible for the technical and organizational management of projects in the BESS, EMS/EPMS, Microgrids, Hybrid Power Plants and Network Integration You develop and review technical specifications, functional descriptions (FSD) and Employer's requirements / Minimum Functional Specifications Design reviews of suppliers and EPC documents (BESS/PCS/BMS/BoP, EMS architecture, communication and redundancy concepts) are within your responsibility. You support tenders and awards: tender communication, technical clarifications, offer assessment, workshops, recommendations etc. Definition/review of test and acceptance concepts (FAT/SAT/Commissioning) as well as participations and documentation You advise on network services (e.g. control energy/ancillary services), operating strategies, black start, P/Q control, performance and compliance issues You create the interface to customers, OEMs/EPCs, network operators and internal disciplines
You have a degree in Electrical Engineering / Energy Technology or comparable You have several years of experience in at least two of the following areas: BESS, EMS/EPMS, Microgrids/VPP, SCADA/Leittechnik, Schutz- und Leittechnik You are familiar with the creation and testing of specifications and in the engineering review Very good communication skills, structured working methods, moderation and stakeholder competence characterize you You bring flexibility and willingness to travel with you Flowing English (min.
