What you expect You carry out quality and visual inspections on products and components Stencil, special, VISOMETRY and hand measurements are used to determine and evaluate non-conformities Check and evaluate non-conformities using test reports, technical drawings and 3D models Measurement, functional and surface testing can be carried out reliably You work safely according to test plans, technical drawings and prescribed test specifications Measuring and testing equipment serve you carefully and professionally and document the results comprehensible Detect, document and report quality deviations and identify and separate defective products In case of root analysis and implementation of corrective measures, you support the relevant areas You work closely with production and quality assurance and ensure compliance with quality, work and safety regulations As part of the rework validation, check repaired products for their proper execution You carry out audits and create corresponding checklists based on existing deficiencies Create and transfer vehicle test files to production and monitor their status daily Create and maintain comprehensive non-conformity reports You carry out visual inspections and identify welding errors and irregularities according to DIN EN ISO 6520-1 and DIN EN ISO 5817 as well as paint defects What you bring You have completed technical or commercial training, for example as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d), mechatronic (m/w/d), machining mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
