(Mobile) HR Business Partner Branch Support for Hydraulic Services - Baden-Württemberg (m/f/d)

You enter the entire People Business of the branches in your region, are Sparringspartner:in for local executives and first contact for employees. You take over the operating control of the recruiting, advise the Hiring Manager and provide a positive Candidate Experience. You work closely with the central recruiting, identify needs and ensure consistent implementation of our recruiting process. You will take care of the employees of your region from entry to exit, accompany all related processes and prepare the appropriate personnel measures You prepare feedback, development and exit talks and conduct them on site in the branches. You moderate workshops on the results of our regular employee surveys and support the teams in the derivation of measures. You evaluate and provide labour law measures, support executives in matters of performance and behaviour and ensure smooth implementation and documentation of disease return and BEM initial discussions.

You have a completed training or study with HR Focus and already experience in a generalistic People function, ideally as HR Business Partner or HR Consultant. You are ready to travel 3–4 days a week in the branches of your region; the remaining time you work remotely or participate in HR meetings at the HSR headquarters in Neukirchen‐Vluyn. You communicate (even in challenging topics) safely and clearly, master question and interview techniques and can adjust yourself well to different interlocutors. You like to work in operating HR processes, but you can also analyze needs and drive strategic topics together with the central HR team. You speak German at a non-negotiable or native language level. You feel in a technical or Blue‐Collar environment is well and ideally already has experience in the branch service.
