For the Korbach site, we would like to give a student (m/w/d) the opportunity to create a final thesis (Bachelor or Master) in German on the topic of funding management in the company context and to gain exciting insights into the working day of an internationally active industrial group. Ideally, the period is approx. 6 months, with a combination of voluntary and compulsory practice also possible. Tasks include: Topic of thesis: Funding Management in the Business Context Defining the relevant funding opportunities and funding support for industrial companies, as well as individual funding requirements deriving recommendations for action to further develop the existing funding concept Developing a holistic approach for the efficient implementation of the funding concept taking into account development and trends (e.g. AI, temporary funding programs, etc.)

Studies in the field of social economy, social or economic law, social sciences, business management, public management, or comparable studies Interest in relationships between business enterprises and public institutions Safe handling of current MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Good understanding of legal terms in the field of social law and inclusion desirable Flowing German knowledge in word and writing is absolutely necessary Good English knowledge of internal corporate communication Self-employed and structured work Embossed communication capability and abstraction capability Please remember to upload your current enrollment certificate as well as your current grade and an excerpt from the current study order with regard to the performance of a mandatory internship, as these are absolutely necessary for the processing of your application!
