Monthly operational reporting, forcast and budget processes (costs and revenues) Invoicing (internal and external) and direct payments Ordering, receipt of goods and invoices Coordination with financial accounting and tax department Reporting and Allocation Process (Actual, Forecast, Budget) Coordination Annual Account Activities (incl. provisions) Analysis, Tracking and Development of Costs (Personal and Material Costs) and Key Figures Advice from financial perspective and safeguarding policies and corporate standards Creation of internal reports and management presentations Risk Reporting (Responsible Value Chain)

Completed training/study of economics, economics or comparable qualifications First experience in controlling/ accounting is desirable First contact points in handling accounting systems (especially SAP) First experience in project management and process optimization Passion for data modelling with Business Intelligence Dashboarding solutions and platforms (e.g. Power BI, KNIME) Good handling of MS Office software (especially MS Excel) English knowledge in word and writing Problem solving competence and critical thinking High quality orientation and customer orientation Motivated Team Player The applications of disabled people are welcome.
