Support for small and large-scale projects with the entire range of civil engineering: groundwork for waste and disposal facilities, renewal of dirt and rainwater networks and supply channels of technical infrastructure, road and road construction and outdoor installations They work in interdisciplinary construction project teams on various projects for the Federal Ministry of Defence, the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks, the Technical Relief Agency, the Customs Department or the Federal Police with They carry out necessary procurement procedures to select appropriate specialist firms and carry out expert advice and quality assurance of contractors You check and plausibility of commissioned services (active contract and claim management) They control external specialist planners or independently process the performance phases 1 to 9 of HOAI for new construction, renovation and infrastructure measures They commission and accompany demolition and disposal concepts They commission and accompany the examination / rehabilitation services in the field of soil and groundwater protection, in particular with the topic of contamination processing on federal properties They work together with the groundwater and groundwater protection control centre You agree with the approval authorities and users They create technical documentation, opinions, reports and documentation and support the construction project controlling (for budget, deadline and quality risks)

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of civil engineering ideally with the focus on civil engineering or landscape architecture or a comparable technical field of engineering or you are a state-tested engineer*in and then have an at least six-year relevant professional experience in an activity of engineering blanks (e.g. by job certificates). Further requirements: You may have first professional experience in the construction industry Ideally, you are bringing qualified knowledge to work with project communication systems and know the relevant structural legislation You are interested in sustainable building Your profile may be rounded off by first knowledge and experience in building information modeling (BIM) – (not compelling, but desirable)

In addition to your high motivation, flexibility and goal orientation, you have a strong linguistic competence They bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) They shall have the willingness and ability to conduct a service vehicle and a safety check ‘Ü2’ under the Security Audit Act

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately 44.900,00 € – approx. 73.500,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
