They are responsible for the entire financial sector and lead a team of nearly 30 employees They shall ensure the proper and uniform preparation of the monthly and annual accounts according to HGB as well as the reporting and shall be responsible for budgets, forecasts, business plans and analyses They optimize the processes and structures within the financial sector and ensure the close and transparent cooperation of the individual departments They are in close cooperation with the management, point out opportunities and risks and understand themselves as entrepreneurial thinking business partner Ö also for the other executives They act as a communicative interface to the shareholders, auditors, tax advisors and banks

You have completed an economic study or have a commercial training with a further training on the account holder (m/w/d) You are confident in HGB and have experience as a commercial manager or in a comparable position as Head of Finance or Head of Finance (m/w/d) They are strong in communication, are happy to work in the team and show their own initiative They act in a structured manner, are empathic and in doing so are transposition-oriented They think and work in a solution-oriented manner, like to deal with new topics and have a hand-on mentality
