Upstream Processing in Viral Vectors / ATMPs Production of Cells and Virus Banks Implementation and optimization of Seed Trains Production of viral products and/or ATMPs up to a 200L scale Qualification and implementation of aseptic production processes for non-filterable pharmaceutical active substances Working in the clean room to hygiene zone A Creation and testing of production-relevant documents such as batch records, qualification and validation protocols, SOPs etc. Timely identification and solution of challenges in process management and deviations Root-Cause Analysis and Implementation of Correctives, and Preventive Measures Accompanying the process transfer from development to the GMP production including work in the production of Gap/Riskassesments Close cooperation with crossfunctions such as USP, QC and Fill&Finish

Complete natural science studies in the field of biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, biochemistry or comparable qualification Ready to work with organisms of genetic safety level 2 (viruses) Experiences in a GMP production environment are beneficial Experience with work in the clean room B Flexibility, sense of responsibility and a reliable, careful operation Solutions-oriented, innovative and partnership-based work Very good German and at least simple English skills
