Operation, development and security of local IT infrastructure (network, WLAN, firewall) Analysis and sustainable elimination of disruptions and performance problems in the infrastructure environment Planning and implementation of technical optimizations in warehouse operation Ensuring stability, availability and scalability of systems Cooperation with central IT teams and external service providers Takeover and independent processing of smaller infrastructure projects as well as partial project responsibility (e.g. network or WLAN extensions) Support in 1st and 2nd level support with increased ticketing or critical incidents Processing of complex support cases and technical support of the team Ensuring structured and transparent ticket processing

Complete qualification in the IT-relevant field Multiannual experience in the operation of IT infrastructures focusing on network and WLAN Experience in operating environments (e.g. logistics/production) of advantage Solid knowledge of classic IT support (Windows, end devices, periphery) Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation with hands-on mentality Reliability, team orientation and sovereign work also in demanding operating situations Clear, transparent communication and the ability to advance issues independently and take responsibility
