Creation of the Rule Reporting of the Homag Group and Communication to the Group and Shareholders Coordination of the planning process in the Group (multiannual budget planning and subannual forecasts) Creation of cross-company ad hoc analyses for the Management Board and the Shareholder Support and audit of the Group companies in the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and in the planning process Central contact person of the Group companies in all questions of the Group Reporting (immediate consulting and coordination with other departments) Working with SAP on Group-wide standardization of business processes

Funded business knowledge with experience in accounting according to IFRS Ideally knowledge of SAP-ERP, SAP-BW and Oracle-HFM, Microsoft standard applications High communication capability Processual work Analytical skills Change Management Business-technical studies (Uni/FH), or comparable training with at least 5 years of professional experience at least 3 years of professional experience in a medium-sized company with corporate structures and international participations, ideally in an international industrial company of machine and plant engineering Experience abroad and proven intercultural competence (at least experience in cooperation with colleagues abroad must be present
