Asset Management: Sustainable maintenance and maintenance of the municipal real estate portfolio.

Contract law & Contracts: Legally secure handling of tenders according to VOB and professional management of engineering and architect contracts.

Strategic financial planning: responsibility for the budget as well as the medium and long-term investment planning in the construction sector.

Technical advice: Sovereign contact for contractors and planning offices in all construction and planning matters.

Committee work: Development of sound basis for decision-making for local representatives and active monitoring of meetings as expert.

Qualification: Studies in civil engineering/architecture or administrative training with sound construction expertise.

Know-how: Safe handling of construction law and procurement regulations (VOB, HOAI, BauGB, LBauO).

Technology Affinity: Embossed technical understanding combined with sovereign IT application.

Efforts: Flexibility for appointments in the evening hours (gree work) and a valid driving licence (class B).
