For the exclusive DVAG travel agency, the VILA VITA Hotel & Touristik GmbH, we are now looking for a tourism businessman/travel trader (m/w/d) VIP Travel, who, together with experienced colleagues, supervises an exclusive customer group and is available as a reliable contact point for non-predictable travelers.

Travel enquiries and advice: Travel enquiries and a need-oriented consultation of our VIP customers about business, private and holiday trips take place via telephone and email. Demand determination and offers: In doing so, you carry out detailed requirements with VIP customers and their secretariats. On this basis, you create customized offers. It is self-evident to build trusting and continuous customer relationships. Market knowledge: You always have an ear on the market so you can also have recommendations for (national and international) trends around travel, fine dining and events. Customer profiles: You maintain detailed customer profiles, so that you have a look at the travel behavior of your VIP customers as a whole and are always on hand with advice and action.

Education and experience: They have completed training in the field of tourism and have already gained professional experience in the field of travel and/or hotel industry. It is very important to us that you have already worked with Amadeus. If you also know reservation systems like TUI Iris.plus and Amadeus-TOMA, this is ideal but not a must. Quick conception and detailed orientation: They have a quick understanding and understand complex processes, processes and relationships. The use of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is natural for you in everyday work. You should love to work in detail. Language knowledge: Very good German and English skills are required. Service orientation: You live and love good service and a positive customer relationship is for you the A and O. This includes for you a professional and appropriate communication, discretion and creativity, with which you can still make the seemingly impossible. Ready for emergencies: You should bring the willingness to act as an emergency contact during selected travels of the customers and possibly also outside regular working hours.
