Responsibility for the development and implementation of our content strategy along the corporate goals – channel-crossing, target-group-oriented and attentive Conception, editorial and quality assurance of external communication content, including press information, speeches, storylines and media texts Planning, coordination and control of all corporate communication, including classic, digital and international channels Building and maintaining media contacts and active media work (e.g. press conferences, editorial visits, inquiries handling) to strengthen brand and image Monitoring, analysis and further development of communication channels as well as creation of KPI-based media analyses and reports Advising internal stakeholders (provisions, subsidiaries, executives) on cross-site communication measures Observation of communication-relevant trends and topics as well as adoption of speaker functions and moderations in the context of external communication

Complete university studies (master or equivalent) in the field of communication, PR, journalism, media or comparable Mind. 5 years of professional experience in the field of external communication, international professional experience of advantage Good network for the press in Germany Excellent editorial skills and conceptual thinking Secure appearance to journalists, executives and stakeholders Very good knowledge in media analysis, KPI-based success measurement and communication controlling Ability to work effectively under time pressure, outstanding organizational and planning capability, as well as independent and customer-oriented working Fast decision-making and reactivity, eloquent occurrence Current language skills in English and German readiness for regular presence in our office in Winterbach (at least three days per week) Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
