In this role you will enrich the Technical Team South and carry out technical service with our customers.

Your focus is on working with our customers and our service team. We always strive for a maximum of customer satisfaction.

These exciting tasks await you:

Responsibility for maximum customer satisfaction and service quality in the assigned field of application commissioning, service, training and maintenance for our demanding technical labelling solutions at our customers These solutions include labelling systems Hardware, reading systems (scanner/camera) as well as the standard packages of our CoLOS software Your tasks can be achieved through a modern ticket system that allows you to document your performance to our customers. Your service will be performed after your arrival from your place of residence If required, you will also be used in the neighbouring regions

What you should bring:

Completed training in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics Professional experience in the field Very good German, good English skills Good PC knowledge (MS Office, network knowledge are advantageous) Impressed customer orientation and communication strength as well as a high degree of responsibility and flexibility readiness to travel within the region used, if necessary within our DACH region
