EY-Parthenon Senior Consultant Transactions & Corporate Finance - Strategy and Transactions (m/f/d)

As part of our Transactions & Corporate Finance team at Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin and Düsseldorf, you will find challenging challenges at the heart of the transaction world. Are you interested in the biggest deals in the economy? Then you're right with us! In this role, you take various tasks: Financial Due Diligence: You’ll participate in the execution of comprehensive financial due diligences and analyze the financial situation of potential target companies. You identify opportunities and risks based on business models, cash flows and working capital. Financial Restructuring: You support companies in challenging situations and align yourself with recognised standards such as the IDW S6. With proven methods, you can check the financial situation, identify problems and develop solutions that create stability and secure the continuation. Valuation: You participate in the creation of corporate assessments in the context of transactions and strategic issues, and conduct central assessment and value drivers. M&A Transactions: You accompany buy-side and sell-side transactions and support finance related issues for companies and private equity investors. Project work: You benefit from a diverse project landscape across different industries, take first responsibility for projects and challenging work packages and bring your expertise in a targeted way and continuously develop your specialization in one of the above areas.

You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a Quantitative Area and are interested in M&A, Corporate Finance and Accounting. You have at least two years of professional experience in corporate finance, have sound knowledge of financial analysis, evaluation and transaction structuring and have already gained first experience in team management. You work structured and result-oriented and convince by very good communication and negotiation skills in German (at least C1 level) and English.
