Production Employee Pretreatment (m/f/d)

Task

• GMP-compliant cleaning and disinfection of rooms
• verification and disposition of the required production aids and agents
• Control of compliance with the specified service life, as well as control of cleaning systems, autoclaves and equipment for operational condition, e.g. particle free, media supply
• Acceptance and visual control of the equipment to be cleaned
• Prioritizing the sequence of equipment for cleaning and sterilization in coordination with the further processing plants
• Differentiation of equipment parts with regard to manual or automated cleaning and disassembly of the production equipment
• Manual cleaning according to SOPs and documentation
• Implementation of machine cleaning after validated loading and cleaning programs
• autoclave or sterilize the production equipment according to SOPs and after validated loading programs
• Control of protocols and recorders (e.g. cleaning systems, hot air sterilizers, autoclaves)
• Sample train according to requirements for validation and qualification of cleaning systems including logging
• performing simple maintenance work such as control of the dishwasher screens, functional check of the loading trolleys, replacement of damaged seals on plants and equipment

Qualities and experiences

• 18 months of learning
• Own initiative and sense of responsibility, team-oriented working style
• readiness to work in a layer system, e.g. alternating layer, continuous night layer or fully continuous layer system
• readiness to work for holidays and weekends
