You ensure compliance with quality processes and product quality and develop measures in the course of continuous improvement. In everyday work, plan, organize and monitor processes taking into account the HACCP concept and the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) process. analyse quality indicators on your own, derive measures and prepare results for target groups. Your tasks include defining the product parameters to be examined, as well as controls regarding the specified and food-related product requirements. The implementation of internal and external audits is also part of your responsibility. As an interface, you work closely with production, technology, logistics, marketing, sales as well as suppliers, laboratories and customers.

You have acquired a completed study of food technology and chemistry, nutritional sciences, process engineering or a comparable qualification.
