Testing of the delivered parts to dimensional accuracy according to design drawing, if necessary Rework (e.g. plastering, grinding) Preparation of welding seams (e.g. mounting of welding bevels) Selection of welding process Construction of parts according to the drawing, optionally using devices Determining the welding sequence, technology as well as the number and strength of the welds Preheating of parts as required adjusting the welding system according to design and material requirements Welding taking into account distortion Testing of the welding construction on dimensional accuracy and distortion, if necessary Reproduction Implementation of rework according to test results
