Testing of the delivered parts to dimensional accuracy according to design drawing, if necessary Rework (e.g. plastering, grinding) Preparation of welding seams (e.g. mounting of welding bevels) Selection of welding process Construction of parts according to the drawing, optionally using devices Determining the welding sequence, technology as well as the number and strength of the welds Preheating of parts as required adjusting the welding system according to design and material requirements Welding taking into account distortion Testing of the welding construction on dimensional accuracy and distortion, if necessary Reproduction Implementation of rework according to test results

3 1⁄2-year successful completed vocational training (e.g. as an industrial mechanic) Additional welding training required Multiannual professional experience (at least 3–5 years) in the relevant field Desirable: various welding certificates Good knowledge of procedures 111 (E-Hand) and 135 (MAG), ideally multiannual experience Experience in handling welding rotary tables of advantage Your personality is distinguished by: team skills, independent work, flexibility, quality awareness, analytical thinking and customer orientation
