Hotel professionals are all-rounders who master the work in the different areas of a host company. The core task is reservation and reception. Also in the Food & Beverage area (service and kitchen), in housekeeping (design and care of rooms), in goods management and marketing, Hofas are thoroughly trained. You overlook the interfaces between the departments and ensure that the quality is right everywhere and the wheels are interlocking smoothly. Professional communication with the guests is like a red thread through all activities – in the personal sales or consultation, in check-in and via digital channels. Thus, hotel professionals and hotel professionals are soul, heart and brain of the hotel.

Guest correspondence and support are always in the first place. In housekeeping you can clean and control hotel rooms as well as public areas. In the service, our guests serve breakfast buffets, banquets or à la carte in our Fischers Fritz restaurant. In the event area you will help prepare and conduct private celebrations, corporate events and conferences. At the reception you will take care of the guests' check-in and check-out as well as administrative tasks with our Sihot PMS hotel management program.
