Project Manager Drying Department (m/f/d)

You take over the independent conduction and control of drying projects – from the absorption of damage to the conclusion of the drying measure. You plan, coordinate and monitor the use of our drying technicians as well as the required drying and measuring technology. You are first contact persons for customers, insurance companies, house administrations, experts and other project participants. You ensure that the drying measures are carried out on time, quality and costly. You coordinate all internal and external project participants and ensure a smooth running of the drying projects. You monitor the regular moisture measurements, evaluate the measurement results and initiate the necessary measures. You document the project history completely and create the required reports and evidence. You carry out regular construction site checks and ensure compliance with our quality and safety standards. You identify challenges early and develop independent economic and customer-oriented solutions.

Successfully completed craftsmanship or technical training, ideally with further training to master, technician or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the field of technical drying, water damage remediation or in a comparable position. Organizational designer and a structured and independent working. Secure and friendly appearance to customers, insurance companies and business partners. Technical understanding and the ability to manage projects economically and solution-oriented. Communication strength, enforcement capacity and team capacity. Good knowledge in handling MS Office and ideally experience with industry-specific software. Class B licence. High sense of responsibility, reliability and a pronounced customer and service orientation.
