About the company

Our client is an internationally established company in the insurance industry with around 50 employees

Independent management of several M&A projects in parallel and involving internal and external stakeholders Project setup and management, due diligence and team communication Analysis of M&A transactions in close cooperation with a cross-functional team of financial, actuary, damage, reinsurance, risk, operating and legal departments of the group Responsibility for project planning, implementation and monitoring of transactions Creation of high-quality transaction documentation and related results Analysis of financial, accounting, legal, capital market and business data to obtain sound knowledge Support for the negotiation and implementation phases of the transaction, including price negotiations and contract negotiations Understanding the main objectives and drivers of customers for different types of transactions, such as LPTs, PTAs and SPAs Compliance with established transaction processes and efficient structuring of deals Support for the operational implementation of the integration plan in close cooperation with the post-Merger integration and operations teams Effective delegation of tasks and clear communication to ensure team determination and smooth implementation review and question the results of the projects at any time, take appropriate measures and implement them

Master’s degree and well-founded experience in M&A consulting, financial services, (return) insurance industry or equivalent position Academic background in the fields of finance, (return) insurance, business management, accounting or the like is provided CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) of advantage They possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence A high level of attention for details, flexibility to adapt and strong focus on keeping deadlines are for you daily craftsmen Direct report to the upper management and the C level are of course for you They are a team player with strong communication skills, always customer-oriented and agile, and at any time open to changes You have excellent English skills in word and writing You have a commercial feel and are able to quickly understand the most important value drivers in a company Funded knowledge in P&C (back) insurance, M&A and focus on strategy and change Willingness to develop and develop further skills and knowledge in handling MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
