As Head of Finance Intelligence, you take over the technical and disciplinary management of the Finance Intelligence section. You will guide a team of Data Analysts in creating financial reports, analyses and dashboards. Proactively support the further development of the operational financial department's data analysis strategy and are responsible for the implementation of dashboards as well as reporting and analysis requests in close coordination with IT and operational functions; to be added: Central operator of the operational financial function for analyses and reports Design of financial transparency: prioritization and management of enquiries, assessment of this in terms of added value for the specialist department always against the background of the strategic objectives Implementation of visions in solutions: development of user-stories for innovative reporting, analysis, and dashboard solutions that offer added value and improve financial processes sustainably Bridge builders between departments: As a central interface, coordinate the financial sector's enquiries and implement them together with IT Monitoring the functionality of dashboards and analyses: performing regular evaluation to identify and implement optimization potentials Data Quality Policy: Define and control policies that ensure and continuously improve the integrity and quality of our data Responsibility for budget and project planning: Take responsibility for budget allocation and project plans to ensure the success of our projects Optimization of working methods: continuously strive to improve our working methods and ensure that our solutions always meet current industry standards

They have completed their studies in (economic) informatics, data science or a similar subject; we are also important: multi-year relevant professional experience in product management / product ownership or in a similar function, ideally focusing on data analytics and finance Sovereign handling of agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban) and sound know-how in data analysis tools, BI solutions or cloud services Extensive understanding of financial processes, KPIs and data models, and a high degree of solution orientation High self-initiative, safe occurrence, team spirit and the joy of shaping forward-looking data solutions together with other disciplines Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as the ability to clarify and understand complex facts
